1. License to Use the invitation

2. User Content

2.1. In these terms and conditions, "your user content" means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material, and audio-visual material) that you submit to our invitation, for whatever purpose.

2.2. You grant to us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your user content in any existing or future media. You also grant us the right to sub-license these rights and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.

3. Limitations of Liability

3.1. We will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts, or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this invitation:

(a) To the extent that the invitation is provided for a specific period of time, for any direct loss;

(b) For any indirect, special, or consequential loss; or

(c) For any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits, or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.

4. Code Sharing

4.1. We are not obliged to share any code or technical information related to the functioning of our invitation platform. This includes, but is not limited to, source code, algorithms, and proprietary software.

4.2. Any requests for access to or information about the code underlying our invitation platform will be considered at our discretion and may be subject to additional terms and conditions or agreements.

4.3. We reserve the right to protect our intellectual property rights and maintain the confidentiality of our code and technical infrastructure.

5. Variation

5.1. We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of our invitation from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on our invitation.

6. Entire Agreement

6.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our invitation and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of our invitation.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.
